Join our community at CarmelFest on July 3 & 4 for 2-days of Fun, Food and Entertainment. This annual event, organized by The Carmel Rotary Club, features an outdoor festival including a KidZone (with rides, games & petting zoo), MarketPlace Vendors, Delicious Foods, Entertainment on 3 Stages: Geico Gazebo Stage, Market District North Zone Stage and KidZone Stage. Festival goers can enjoy signature performances from the Wright Brothers, The Carmel Symphony Orchestra, My Yellow Rickshaw along with returning favorite bands, emerging artists and the newly added “Guitars & Stars” tribute., Admission and Parking are FREE.

4th of July parade is a CarmelFest tradition that includes color guards, a salute to the armed services, marching bands, acrobats, clowns, hot air balloons, local celebrities and themed floats. The CarmelFest Parade Grand Marshals are the Korean War Veterans. Our theme this year, “Hats off to America”, can create fun ways for you and your family to participate in the festivities. Please wear your most patriotic hat! The parade starts at 10:30 a.m. stepping off from Carmel Drive and AAA Way; the parade proceeds west on Carmel Drive to Range Line, then north to Main Street ending at  Carmel High School at approximately 12:30 pm.

A spectacular array of Fireworks, sponsored by the folks at Centier Bank, will hit the skies at 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4th. For your added enjoyment, the team at WHJE Carmel High radio 91.3FM will synchronize the fireworks show to music.  The Fireworks will launch from an area north of the Palladium and the east side of the Monon.  Fireworks will be held RAIN or SHINE, unless there is severe weather.
